Chaque recette est accompagn\u00e9e d&#8217;une explication sur ses bienfaits, t\u2019aidant \u00e0 comprendre en quoi le plat que tu cuisines est bon pour toi. J\u2019ai un peu modifi\u00e9 la recette selon mes go\u00fbts.  Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :  Le houmous  * 1 poivron rouge  * 240 gr de pois chiches cuits  * 2 gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9es  * 60 gr de tahini  * Le jus d\u2019un citron  * 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019\u00e9pices (Selon tes go\u00fbts, paprika, herbes de Provence, thym\u2026)  La garniture * 1 poivron rouge  * De l\u2019huile d\u2019olive  * 1 gousse d\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9e  * Une racine de gingembre frais de 2\/3cm  * 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019ol\u00e9agineux (pistaches, pignons, noix, amandes\u2026 selon tes go\u00fbts)  Pr\u00e9paration :  1. Fais cuire les poivrons 20 min \u00e0 la vapeur. Une fois cuits, d\u00e9pose-les dans un saladier et couvre-les d&#8217;une assiette. Apr\u00e8s 15 min, enl\u00e8ve l\u2019assiette et retire la peau des poivrons. 2.  Dans le bol d&#8217;un mixeur, met un poivron avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients du houmous et mixe jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une texture bien cr\u00e9meuse. 3.  Pr\u00e9pare la garniture : met l&#8217;huile \u00e0 chauffer dans une po\u00eale sur feu doux, ajoute le deuxi\u00e8me poivron taill\u00e9 en gros cubes, le gingembre, l&#8217;ail, du sel, du poivre et du thym, et laisse mijoter une dizaine de minutes.  4.  Sers le houmous dans une jolie assiette avec un g\u00e9n\u00e9reux filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et la garniture, d\u00e9core avec les ol\u00e9agineux de ton choix et du thym.  5. Coupe des tranches de pain, fais les griller puis frotte les avec une gousse d\u2019ail et ajoute un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.  Pourquoi cette recette est parfaite en  pr\u00e9conception ?  Le poivron, le gingembre et l\u2019ail sont des aliments riches en antioxydants. Once cooked, place them in a bowl and cover with a plate for 15 minutes. Add the second pepper, cut into large cubes, the minced garlic, and ginger. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
