Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the UK, Switzerland and the USA.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs vary according to the destination and weight of your order. They will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and going to the “My Orders” section.
How can I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to proceed.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
